Professional Involvement
Graham Scofield represents clients in personal injury, civil rights, and employment law related matters. Graham's practice has a special focus on the prosecution of premises liability disputes and catastrophic personal injuries, as well as workplace discrimination practices.
A former defense lawyer, Graham understands how the other side thinks. This gives him a unique insight into the strategies and tactics of his opponents and the insurance industry, an insight that gives our clients an advantage every time Graham enters a courtroom or sits at the negotiation table.
Community Involvement
Graham places significant importance on the value of volunteer service and contributing to community improvement. He maintains active volunteer involvement and participates in a number of community service projects. Graham is particularly supportive of Camp Sunshine, an Atlanta-based organization offering recreational programs and services to children who have been diagnosed with cancer.
In his spare time, Graham pursues his various extracurricular interests in music and the arts, attending concerts and films and practicing yoga.

Graham is admitted to practice before the state courts of Georgia; the Georgia Court of Appeals; the Georgia Supreme Court; and, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Education
Graham graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and in English. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
