Professional Involvement

Austin Perry represents clients in the areas of personal injury and civil rights law. Austin helps people who are the victims of auto and truck accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, as well as those who suffer constitutional and civil rights violations.

In the courtroom, Austin is a skilled litigator and fierce trial advocate. Known for his folksy courtroom style, Austin persuasively enables juries to see cases from our client's perspective.

Outside the courtroom, Austin uses a unique, business-sense approach towards helping clients. Austin knows how to quickly develop a litigation strategy and efficiently implement it to achieve our clients' goals. Community Involvement

Austin is passionate about giving back to the community. He strongly believes in the value of volunteer service. Austin maintains active involvement with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the top non-profit pediatric hospitals in the country, and continually looks for new ways to participate in the community.

Austin is an outdoorsman. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, rock climbing, biking, and running.

Bars

Austin is admitted to practice before the state courts of Georgia; the Georgia Court of Appeals; the Georgia Supreme Court; and, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Education

Austin graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, graduating as the highly decorated valedictorian of his class.
