Professional Involvement

Chloe Dallaire represents clients in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Chloe works extensively with injury and death cases involving auto accidents, bus accidents, truck collisions and other catastrophic injury and death cases.

Prior to joining the Hornsby Law Group, Chloe was a partner at one of Atlanta's most prestigious defense firms and spent 15 years developing a national personal injury and medical malpractice trial practice. During this time, she gained substantial experience and insight into how large corporations and insurance companies defend accident lawsuits and wrongful death cases.

In addition to her vast trial experience, Chloe has worked extensively on and has lectured nationally regarding brain injury, spinal injury and wrongful death cases.

Chloe is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest peer review rating for legal knowledge and ethics in the practice of law. She is also recognized in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.

Chloe has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as Legal Elite in the category of General Practice/Trial Law, was named Georgia "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers and Atlanta Magazines, has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation and was previously recognized in Corporate Counsel's 2012 Top Rated Lawyers Guide to Healthcare.

Community Involvement

Chloe is an active member in her community. She is extremely passionate about the value of volunteer work and "giving back" to the community.

Chloe participates in a wide variety of community service projects and activities, including as a founding board member for the non-profit organization Grow Kids, Inc. She is also a reader for the national organization Everybody Wins!

Chloe is a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and is a member of their Judicial Applicant Review Committee.

Chloe also served as a Vice-Chair of the Medicine and the Law Committee of the Tort Trial and Insurance Section of the American Bar Association from 2003 to 2012.

Chloe is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Education

Chloe graduated from Wake Forest University in 1993 with a B.A. with Honors, in Sociology. She was also Magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and was on the Dean's List every semester. She attended Emory University School of Law, graduating with her J.D. in 1997 and was a member of Emory's Moot Court Society.
